Welcome to Puckly! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Puckly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Puckly is an online hockey platform offering AI coaching, courses, training plans, progress tracking tools, and access to a player community. It is designed to help athletes of all levels improve their hockey performance.

2. Eligibility

If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the platform.

3. Accounts and Access

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • You may not share or sell your account access.

4. Plans and Subscriptions

Puckly offers two main membership levels:

  • Puckly Starter – Access to selected courses, coach-built training plans, and basic progress tracking.

  • Puckly Pro – Full access to all features, including AI coaching, custom plans, complete course library, progress tools, and exclusive community perks.

Subscription payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI Coaching

Puckly’s AI Coach provides training suggestions, strategy breakdowns, and hockey IQ support. It is not a human coach and should not replace professional advice or in-person instruction.

We are not liable for training outcomes or injuries that may result from the application of AI-generated suggestions.

6. Community Guidelines

Puckly includes access to a Discord-based community. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect

  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or bullying

  • Not promote or sell outside products or services

  • Follow any rules set by moderators or admins

Violation of community guidelines may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Puckly, including AI features, courses, visuals, logos, and written materials, is the property of Puckly or its content creators.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, training clips, or participate in community features:

  • You retain ownership of your content

  • You grant Puckly a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the platform for educational and promotional purposes

  • You confirm that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights

9. Modifications to Service

Puckly may update or change features at any time. We reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue the platform (or parts of it) without prior notice.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Puckly is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, always available, or suitable for your training needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puckly and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Québec, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify users through email or within the platform. Continued use of Puckly after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
